What is the process?
Select your service and then send us your handbag with the provided (free) shipping label. Once your handbag is received, we will complete the service in a secured area. Your handbag will then, undergo a thorough cleaning and be returned with a new dustbag.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No, we will provide free shipping to and from our facility.

Can I send multiple purses at once?
You may, but the orders would be on separate tickets with separate shipping labels.

Do you also repair shoes and other accessories?
Not at this time.
